By accessing or using Monstershuffler.com (the "Website"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. SERVICES

We provide free community features plus premium access unlocked via Patreon support. No other payments or subscriptions are offered.

2. USER CONTENT

You can create and store two types of content in your account:

  • Private Content: Anything you save in your personal folders (e.g. drafts, notes, vaults) stays yours and is not made public unless you choose to publish it. We process it only as needed to provide, secure, moderate, back up, and maintain the Website.
  • Published Content: When you publish content to the public sections of the Website, you still retain ownership. You choose the license for each publication, which is displayed on the publication's page.

In other words, your private drafts are just for you. For published content, always check the license shown on the publication's page before reusing or adapting someone else's work.

You keep ownership of your content. You give us a narrow, non-exclusive permission to host, store, process, scan for safety, create required renditions, render, cache, back up, and deliver it so that we can operate the Website and provide the uses allowed by your selected license. This does not let us deliberately reuse your content for unrelated advertising, merchandise, external publications, standalone licensing, or AI model training without your separate express consent.

Monstershuffler-specific licenses and their terms are explained in the license guide. Each separately licensed component keeps its own license and attribution.

3. AGE REQUIREMENTS

Users of any age are welcome. We do not knowingly collect data from minors differently than adults.

4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

  • Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination.
  • Promotion of violence, extremist or political propaganda.
  • Posting illegal, obscene, or harmful material.
  • Impersonation or fraudulent behavior.

We may remove content or suspend accounts for violations.

5. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who breach these Terms.

6. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Website is provided "as-is" without warranties. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes will be resolved in Italian courts.
